Always make time for training

Michael Rankine is a sports training professional dedicated to helping Karate athletes (whether beginners or elite level) to reach their potential.

He has a long and distinguished pedigree in Karate competitions (both Kumite and Kata) and is now a proven trainer to elite Karate athletes. 

In 2015, three of Michael's students won their category at the EKF Championships and competed at the Wado-Kai World Cup in Japan. In addition, 11 of Michael's students were in the Wadokai England squad at the FEW European Championships in Budapest, winning 24 medals between them.
